This site, targetstatehouse.com.au, is operated by targetState House Pty Ltd (ABN 87 699 594 851), an Australian company. This policy sets out what information moves through this site and what happens to it.
If you email us, we receive what you choose to send – your email address and the contents of your message. Correspondence is used to reply to you and for nothing else, and is kept only as ordinary business email.
This site has no user accounts and takes no payments.
This site sets no cookies.
We use PostHog to understand how this site is used. It runs in cookieless mode – no cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device – with all data processed on PostHog's EU Cloud infrastructure. We record how visitors move through the site, including session replays of pages visited and interactions made, and anything typed into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser.
A small number of systems run this site on our behalf: Netlify hosts and serves it, and Microsoft 365 carries our email, so anything you send us is processed there. PostHog measures how the site is used. Some of this processing happens outside Australia.
Email privacy@targetstatehouse.com.au and ask. We can find, correct, or delete anything you have sent us. Analytics information is not linked to your name or contact details, so there is nothing there that can be looked up by who you are.
We take the Australian Privacy Principles as our reference point, including where the Privacy Act does not yet bind a business of our size.
When this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
